William (Bill) M. Starr practices in the litigation fields of aviation, premises liability, toxic torts, and product liability, with aviation law occupying a large share of his practice. Bill earned his J.D. at the University of North Carolina Law School and, as an attorney, served in the Resource Center of  N.C. Pro Bono Honor Society.  In 2022, he also was recognized by The Legal 500 for Dispute Resolution: Product liability, mass tort, and class action – defense: toxic tort.  He is honored to serve on the Presby Psych Board.
