Louis B. Reed, D.Min.

A retired United Methodist certified pastoral psychotherapist, supervisor and educator, Dr. Reed earned academic degrees from Texas Wesleyan, Southern Methodist, and Emory Universities. He completed clinical training at the Institute of Religion and Health of the Texas Medical Center, the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Florida, and the Washington (DC) School of Psychiatry. Louis is the former director of Samaritan Counseling Services in Jacksonville, Florida, and of Methodist Counseling Center and the Carolina Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training in Charlotte. He is the author of a published essay on organizational trauma.
