Karmen Robinson, LCSW-A

So many women carry the quiet weight of caring for everyone else while trying to hold themselves together. I understand how overwhelming that can feel and you don’t have to go through it alone. I specialize in supporting women through life’s most challenging transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss and eating disorder recovery. Together, we’ll navigate uncertainty, embracing the joys and challenges that come your way. I use EMDR and other trauma-informed techniques to help clients heal from past experiences, strengthen self-compassion, and feel more grounded in their bodies and lives.

I provide a compassionate space to identify thought patterns, fostering acceptance and a positive relationship with your body.  My commitment is to create an environment where your experiences are not only heard but also deeply understood. The journey towards healing begins with acceptance, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. If you’re ready to embark on a beautiful journey navigating both joy and pain, I invite you to connect with me. Take that courageous first step toward a fulfilling life, and let’s shape your narrative together.
