Presby Psych announces an important new service — Medical Education for Adults.

Board member, W. Lee Fanning, MD, FACP, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease and a Diplomat of the American College of Physicians, is offering medical education to adults on a variety of topics:  Aging, Cancer, Caregiving of the aging, disabled or ill, Diagnoses and what they mean, Disease interactions, symptoms, treatments; HIV/AIDS, End-of-life issues, Medications and their interactions, side effects, and efficacy; Mental health manifestations of medical issues and physical manifestations of mental health issues, Prevention of illness, Travel immunizations and medical advice.

Dr. Fanning is offering these services free of charge at our Sharon Road office.  A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each 60-90 minute visit.

One of Dr. Fanning’s strengths is his ability to explain complex medical issues in plain English to adults and their families.
